Frequently asked questions

How long does a visa take to process?

It depends on the country and the type of visa – from a few working days to a few weeks. We will tell you the exact timing for your case as soon as you get in touch.

Can I apply if my passport is valid for less than 6 months?

Most countries require the passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of your trip. Belarus requires 3 months. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will tell you straight away.

Do I have to come to the office, or can this be done remotely?

We serve clients across Lithuania, so visiting the office is not required. Call or email us and we will work out the arrangements.

How much do your services cost?

The price depends on the country, the visa type and how fast you need it. Current prices are on each country's page, or call us.

Do you issue visas yourselves?

No. UAB Alaina is a private company, not an embassy or consulate. We provide visa consulting, document preparation and submission services – the decision on a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Can you help if I need a visa urgently?

Most destinations have an express option – for example a Russian visa in 3 working days, or a Belarusian one in 2. Express processing costs more; exact prices are on each country's page.
