Overview
Russian visas have been part of our work since 2006. We handle e-visas, tourist, business, private, medical, work and study visas, and we transfer valid multiple-entry visas into a new passport.
Every visa type has its own document set and its own processing time. Tell us where you are going and why, and we will tell you which visa applies and exactly what it costs.
- A visa is only issued for the period covered by your insurance policy.
- You can buy the insurance policy from us together with the visa.

Prices are for the complete service. Processing time is counted in working days (WD) from the moment we have your documents.

How the process works
Get in touch
Tell us the purpose of the trip and your dates. We tell you immediately which visa fits, what it costs and how long it takes.
Hand over your documents
Bring them to the office or post them: passport, photo and insurance policy. You can buy the insurance from us.
We handle the paperwork
We complete the application, assemble the file and submit it. Russian application forms are long and unforgiving – that part is on us.
Collect your passport
We let you know as soon as the visa is ready. Collect it in Kaunas or we post it back to you.
Documents required for a Russian visa
1. Passport
- Valid for at least 6 months beyond the visa expiry date.
- At least two blank pages for the visa.
2. One colour photo
- 35 × 45 mm.
- White background, matte.
- Taken no more than 6 months ago.
3. Insurance policy (available from us)
- Minimum cover of €30,000.
- The policy must state "Russia" as the territory of validity.
- The visa is only issued for the period covered by the insurance.
Application details
- Home address and personal phone number.
- Employer name, address, position and phone number.
- Previous surname, if it has changed.
- If you were born outside Lithuania: place of birth and year of immigration to Lithuania.
Other Russian visas
- Work (работа по найму) – 3-month double entry and up to 36-month multiple entry.
- Installation work (монтажные работы) – 3-month double entry.
- Medical (лечение) – 3-month double entry and 12-month multiple entry.
- Drivers (водитель) – 3-month double entry and 12-month multiple entry, including "Linava" members.
- Business (деловая) – up to 12-month multiple entry.
- Study (учёба) – 3-month double entry and 12-month multiple entry.
Frequently asked questions
How is an e-visa different from a regular visa?
The e-visa is the cheapest and fastest option – €85, ready in 4 days, valid for 120 days with up to 30 days of stay. It suits tourism or a short business trip. Longer stays, multiple entries or work purposes need a regular visa.
Is insurance really mandatory?
Yes. Without a valid policy of at least €30,000 listing "Russia" as the territory, no visa is issued. The visa will be valid for exactly as long as the insurance is. You can buy the policy from us along with the visa.
I have a valid multiple-entry visa but I am changing passports. What now?
We transfer visas into the new passport – €140, four working days. Bring the new and old passport, insurance and a photo.
Why does the multiple-entry visa cost different amounts?
The price depends on whether you held and used a Russian visa in the last 12 months. If you did, prices start at €410; if you did not, from €390 with a longer lead time, or up to €550 for express processing.
Can you guarantee I will get the visa?
No. Only the Russian consular authority decides. What we are responsible for is that the documents are correct and submitted on time – which is where most problems actually occur.
