What data we process
To provide visa services we process the data required by the relevant consular authority: name, surname, date and place of birth, passport details, home address, contact details, employment details, marital status and travel details.
We collect only what is needed to prepare and submit the specific visa application.
On what basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who we share it with
Data is passed to the relevant embassy, consulate or authorised visa centre – an unavoidable part of the service. Where insurance is arranged, data is passed to the insurer.
We do not sell data and do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep service-related documents for as long as the law requires, and destroy them afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
