A Vietnamese visa is one of the simpler ones – in most cases a passport copy, a digital photo and your travel details are enough. That is why we can process it quickly and for less than the other destinations.

Documents required for a Vietnam visa
1. Passport copy
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the visa expiry date.
2. Digital colour photo
- 35 × 45 mm.
- Sharp, with a white background.
3. Other documents and application details
- Home address, contact phone number, employer and position.
- Copy of the flight reservation in English.
- Address or hotel reservation for your stay in Vietnam.

How long does a Vietnam visa take?
Four working days from the day we have all your documents.
Do I need to bring my passport to the office?
No. For Vietnam a passport copy and a digital photo are enough – you can email them without sending the original.
What is the difference between single and multiple entry?
A single-entry visa (€70) lets you enter Vietnam once; a multiple-entry visa (€90) allows several entries within its validity. Both are valid for up to 90 days.
Do I need to have bought flight tickets?
You need a copy of the flight reservation in English and an address or hotel booking in Vietnam. You do not need to buy the ticket in advance.
How long must my passport be valid?
At least 6 months beyond the visa expiry date.
