Tell us where you are going and why. Belarus has many visa categories – we help you pick the right one in a few minutes.

  2. Hand over your documents

Bring them to the office: passport, photo and any other required documents. You can buy the insurance from us.

  3. We handle the paperwork

We prepare and submit the documents to the consulate. Note that the consulate is closed on the last working day of the month – we factor that into the timeline.

  4. Collect your passport

Frequently asked questions

Why are some visas cheaper when you wait longer?

A shorter processing time means an express fee at the consulate. A visa costs €80 in 5 working days but €120 in 2. It pays to plan ahead.

Can a Belarusian visa be moved to a new passport?

No. Belarusian visas cannot be transferred – if you change passports you will need a new visa.

How much is a visa for a child?

Private visas for children under 12 cost €40 on the 5-working-day option. Children under 16 also need an original birth certificate and copies of both parents' passports.

How long must my passport be valid?

At least 3 months beyond the visa expiry date – less than for China or Russia, which require 6 months. You also need at least two blank pages.
